Capitol/UMe is reissuing Bob Seger’s Greatest Hits and his 1969 debut studio album, Ramblin’ Gamblin’ Man, on vinyl in celebration of his Greatest Hits album being certified diamond by the RIAA.
Despite staying off streaming services, Seger’s 1994 Greatest Hits package has now sold 10m units in the U.S.
Greatest Hits will be offered as a double LP, and for a limited time, will be pressed on purple vinyl and sold exclusively on BobSeger.com. Ramblin’ Gamblin’ Man will be available on blue vinyl come 6/9.
The Bob Seger System’s Ramblin’ Gamblin’ Man was released independently in 1968 and was later picked up by Capitol Records.
