TAG, THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

Two sources drove the Biggest Movers on this week’s Shazam USA’s Top 100: HBO’s Girls and Universal PicturesThe Fate of the Furious. Republic’s Julia Michaels was a key beneficiary.

Michaels’ currently unreleased “How Do We Get Back to Love” and Banks’ 4/7 release “Crowded Places” (Harvest) were featured in the penultimate episode of Girls, which aired its finale on Sunday. Michaels’ track rose 145 slots to #56—in the U.K. it was up 127 to #74—while Banks’ lullaby was up 134 slots to #67.

The Fate of the Furious, the eighth installment in the Fast & Furious franchise grossed $98.8m over the weekend and fans obviously had their phones out during the screenings. PnB Rock, Kodak Black & A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s “Horses” saw the biggest leap—116 spaces to #85, followed by Lil Uzi Vert f/Quavo & Travis Scott’s “Go Off” and G-Eazy & Kehlani’s “Good Life.” All the tracks appear on the Artist Partner Group soundtrack.

A Lloyds Bank advertisement has made Hannah Grace’s “Praise You” the biggest mover in the U.K., taking her version of Fatboy Slim’s 1999 smash, which based its lyrics on “Take Yo’ Praise” by Camille Yarborough, to #6 on the Shazam U.K. Top 100.
