LORDE + BBQ

One of this writer's favorite venues in the world is located in the desert wilds not far from the mad activity of Coachella. Pappy & Harriet's, a groovy club and bar that also serves ridiculously fine BBQ, this weekend played host to Coachella co-star Lorde. Here's a tantalizing snippet of her prowling the venue's tiny stage on "Sober" from forthcoming Lava/Republic set, Melodrama. Rumors that Ron Perry later downed 14 tequila shots and subsequently offered to arm-wrestle anybody in the joint couldn't be confirmed at presstime.
