SONY/ATV GETS CREATIVE WITH HOLDER

Former BMI executive Ian Holder has joined Sony/ATV Music Publishing as Vice President, Creative, reporting SVP, Head of East Coast A&R Rich Christina.

In his 10 years as Director of Writer/Publisher Relations at BMI, his signings included Frank Ocean, Post Malone, Desiigner, Rae Sremmurd and The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League production team. He previously worked in Columbia Records’ A&R Department.

“His great musical taste and strong relationships in the music business community will be a real positive development for our artists and writers,” Sony/ATV Co-President, U.S. Danny Strick said.
