CAROLINE DRAWS IN IHEARTCOMIX

Caroline will distribute artist/DJ Franki Chan’s label IHC 1NFINITY, which plans to release about six digital singles yearly. Known for his IHEARTCOMIX, which began as a record label and event promotion group, Chan has released albums for Matt and Kim, Juiceboxxx, Toxic Avenger and Acid Girls.

All IHC 1NFINITY releases contribute to a shared music video cinematic universe, the first of its kind. Set in a world where the “N.O.M.A.D.I.C. Corporation” is everywhere, the heroine Alex, discovers their sinister intentions and begins a quest for revenge. Filled with strange characters and mysteries, these videos play heavily into the worlds of sci-fi horror epics and teen movies of the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s.

To date, IHC 1NFINITY has released singles for Australian singer/songwriter Chela, Brooklyn-based electronic musician/producer Pictureplane, pop singer Gavin Turek and electronic musician Mark Redito.

“This label has been a passion project for us beginning at the end of 2014,” Chan said. “We’ve had a little over a year off between releases now to write and refine the cinematic universe narrative of the label and hope the world embraces our ambitious ideas in this new approach to storytelling and music.”
