With Grammy week upon us, we can hardly be blamed for dipping into the capacious HITS photo archives for this vintage headshot of Recording Academy honcho Neil Portnow, back when he was a starry-eyed young studmuffin. He may have gained in gravitas over the years (and watch this space for his tandem interview with Ken Ehrlich—conducted by our own Grammy Whisperer, Paul Grein—very soon), but he'll always be a babe to us.
