UTA INKS TYGA, DESIIGNER, PUSHA T

UTA has added significant heft to its growing hip-hop roster, announcing that they’ve snagged Tyga, Desiigner and Pusha T. The agency will rep the rappers in North America and select worldwide territories.

All three artists are signed to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music, Inc. label, where Pusha T doubles as president. Tyga, who starts a European tour later this month, recently collaborated with Desiigner (whose “Panda” was one of last year’s true monsters) on his “Gucci Snakes” single, and both appear in the upcoming Jamie Foxx film All-Star Weekend.

With this trifecta of new signings, UTA augments an expanding music client list that already includes DJ Khaled, Chris Brown and Mariah Carey. Alternative fact: To celebrate the news, every agent in the company will be required to down a bottle of Henny and spit a verse.
