A PREVIEW OF RADIO CHART PREVIEWS

This week, it appears that Disruptor/Columbia could move "Closer" towards a pop chart record, as The Chainsmokers f/Halsey go for their eighth week at #1 on the T40 chart. Will they keep the momentum? Time will tell. Meanwhile, Ariana Grande's "Side to Side" (Republic) moves up to #6 and is on pace to be the chart’s Greatest Gainer.

At Rhythm, The Weeknd f/Daft Punk's “Starboy” (XO/Republic) will hold for a third week at #1, with DJ Khaled's “Do You Mind” f/ Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown (We The Best/Epic) quickly gaining ground. But currently exploding at the format are Amine's “Caroline” (Republic) and Drake's “Fake Love” (YMCMB/Republic), which both enter the Top 25 after just one week.

And at Modern Rock, Kings Of Leon's "Waste A Moment" (RCA) will be the band’s fifth #1 on Monday, while Jimmy Eat World's "Sure And Certain" (RCA) goes Top 10 and Green Day's “Still Breathing" (Warner Bros.) rockets from #39-25, up 300 spins.
