RAE SREMMURD'S "BLACK BEATLES": MANNEQUINS ON
THE MOVE

"Black Beatles" by Eardruma/Interscope's Rae Sremmurd f/Gucci Mane is a bona fide sensation, having flown to #1 at iTunes, exploded on streaming platforms and provided the backdrop to viral "mannequin challenge" videos from all over the place. Indeed, the Today Show just did a segment on the viral videos, giving the song a massive TV platform. The song's official video, meanwhile, has scored more than 40.4m views. And according to a Pandora rep, the song has seen more than a 1,000% increase in spins in the past month. The label's John Janick, Steve Berman, and Joie Manda and producer Mike Will are all mannequins of the moment.
