LITTLE BIG TOWN TOUTS RYMAN RESIDENCY, ALBUM, CLIP FOR SWIFT-PENNED SINGLE

Capitol Nashville’s Little Big Town called a good old down-home Nashville press conference on 11/1 to announce the first-ever Ryman residency—which will find them performing six nights in 2017 (starting 2/24)—to coincide with the release of their seventh studio album, The Breaker, also due 2/24. Tickets for “Little Big Town at the Mother Church,” as the residency (with TBA guests) is named, will be available via Ticketmaster and Ryman.com and will entitle fans to a bundled copy of said Jay Joyce-produced album. VIP experiences will also be procured. The Jason Owen-managed band has also unveiled a video for the Taylor Swift-penned single “Better Man." Click the graphic below to check it out.

“As musicians, there is no better feeling in the world than playing on the stage at the Ryman,” said the band’s Jimi Westbrook. “To be given the opportunity to headline their first residency means so much to us as a band and we promise to make each night as memorable for the fans as possible.”

The press conference trumpeted the theme—“Inspired”—for the Ryman’s 125th celebration in 2017. Long may it wave. Mike Dungan and Cindy Mabe plan to set up tents at the venue for the entire residency, so stop by for chili!
