VOICE GRABS 12M VIEWERS

Miley Cyrus played free spirit while Alicia Keys took a classy approach on the season 11 premiere of The Voice, which pulled in 12m viewers, an ever-so slight dip from last September’s debut of 12.37m. (February’s season 10 premiere was watched by 13.3m.)

The episode included performances from Derek Harper’s daughter and Roy Head’s son, Blake joined a Miley-Adam catfight and Keys convinced three singers to join an untested coach in the debut, which helped NBC win the night in the ratings.
