Clint Eastwood's Sully (Warner Bros.), which stars Tom Hanks, spent another weekend as the #1 highest-grossing film at the domestic box office. That said, it was followed by three debuts: Lionsgate's Blair Witch, Universal's Bridget Jones's Baby and Open Road's Snowden.
The Top 12 was down more than 11% from last week—and more than 24.3% when compared to last year. With an approximate $75m, it was just $136k away from being the worst weekend of the year so far.
