NEW RELEASES: FGL, BABS, BRIT GO BIG

Florida Georgia Line takes the lead for Friday’s Sales Plus Streaming (SPS) chart. There remains some drama, however, as things look too close to call on the album chart, where FGL and Barbra Streisand (who has a big ticket bundle in play) are separated by less than 5k. This week’s SPS chart marks the first time in 2016 in which three new releases will debut with over 100k.
Florida Georgia Line (BMLGR/BMLG) 140-150k SPS, 130-135k album
Barbra Streisand (Columbia) 128-133k, 125-130k
Britney Spears (RCA) 105-115k, 90-95k
Monday morning, FGL sat at #2 on the iTunes album chart behind Frank Ocean, with Brit at #3 and Babs' Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway at #5.
