MSG IS THE TALK OF THE TOWN

The Madison Square Garden Co. has acquired an approximately 12% common equity stake in Townsquare—a media, entertainment and digital market solutions company—it was announced today.

The two companies plan on working together to explore sponsorship and marketing opportunities, as well as new booking options. They'll also focus on finding a way to expand Townsquare's live potential.

The partnership will also give MSG further insight into the business fo festivals, which, as you can imagine, is quite promising.
