As our forthcoming 30th Anniversary Issue does push-ups menacingly in the corner, we continue our gambol through the capacious HITS photo archives. In this memorable snapshot, Kevin Weatherly and Pete Cosenza, then PD and Promotion Director, respectively, at KKLQ San Diego, canoodle with EDM pioneer Black Box in what was surely the very apex of Fall Fest 1990, as the station's Chio the Hitman daydreams about lunch. At that very moment, far away, future EDM star Avicii enjoyed some strained peas and made a nice poopy in his diaper.
