Rihanna continues to explore the demimonde of her mind with the video for “Needed Me,” the latest visualization from ANTI (Westbury Road/Roc Nation). The clip, which premiered today on Tidal and Vevo, interestingly enough, is essentially a grindhouse flick compressed to just over three minutes, intercutting lurid strip-club bootie shaking, sinister motorcycle thugs and premeditated homicide carried out by the imperious, diaphanously costumed antiheroine; it’s not for the squeamish. We suggest that you ingest some high-grade indica five minutes before viewing in order to take a bit of the edge off.
