HIGH ROLLERS

UMPG ruler Jody Gerson asks Grammy Producer of the Year Jeff Bhasker, whose string of recent biggies includes producing and co-writing the Rihanna single “Kiss It Better,” whatever happened to those dice from RiRi’s video. The hitmaker replied that wherever they are, they probably landed on seven.

It's been quite a year for Bhasker, who in addition to taking Producer of the Year also partook in Record of the Year Grammy honors for Mark Ronson's unstoppable "Uptown Funk" (one of the all-time top-selling singles and still chugging up that list); saw huge success with Nashville breakout Cam (as both producer and writer); and helmed recordings by Elle King, Ed Sheeran and many more. Bhasker is currently putting the finishing touches on new project Rafferty, which is signed to his label, Kravenworks.
