Those in the know say Kanye West’s recent tweeted claim that his album The Life of Pablo will “never be on sale” (and will only be available on Tidal) is bullshit. Given that Universal paid for the album—and Kanye has made much, lately, of his huge debt burden—the presumption is that the mercurial artist is posturing in the wake of a bizarre rollout.
