IRVING AND TIM TO PLAY BALL WITH BIG BLUE

The L.A. Dodgers have partnered with Tim Leiweke and Irving Azoff to present concerts at Dodger Stadium, the L.A. Times reports. The move is part of a multi-year deal between team owners Guggenheim Partners and Leiweke and Azoff’s recently formed Oak View Group.

Former Guggenheim CEO Todd Boehly is not involved in the deal.

Leiweke and Azoff are shooting for two to three concerts this year at the Chavez Ravine site, and then increasing the number down the line. Dodger Stadium’s concert capacity is reportedly around 50k.
