Videos for songs from David Bowie's catalogue garnered 51m Vevo views on Sunday 1/11—the day of his passing—marking the most views for any artist in one day.

That means, the Thin White Duke, who's about to unseat XL/Columbia Queen Adele from the top of this week's album sales chart, broke her previously held record of 36m catalogue vid views when "Hello" premiered 10/23.

His most played clip was also his newest, as "Lazarus" (Columbia) raked in 11.1m views. Watch its chilling visuals below.
