The Broadway musical A Night With Janis Joplin is hitting the road. The acclaimed show, conceived, written and directed by Randy Johnson and starring the uncanny, Tony-nominated Mary Bridget Davies, will hit 34 cities in the U.S. and Canada (70 shows total) starting on 2/9 at Toronto's Panasonic Theatre.
A Night features such classic tunes as "Piece of My Heart, "Cry Baby" and "Me and Bobby McGee." The show's Broadway tenure earned raves from The New York Times ("rocks the house") and Variety ("electrifying"), among others.
The tour is presented by Iconic Entertainment Studios in association with Michael Cohl, Todd Gershwin and Daniel Chilewich, and in further association with The Estate of Janis Joplin and Jeffrey Jampol of JAM, Inc. For more info, go here.
