People were undoubtedly doing double takes on 125th St. Monday when they noticed the Apollo Theatre marquee. Yep, headlining the palace of R&B was the irrepressible Kacey Musgraves, who brought her Rhinestone Revue—and her own brand of soulfulness—to the Apollo stage.
