Following a tight race to #1, two thrillers top the list of the weekend's highest-grossing films. Screen Gems' The Perfect Guy is the big winner, earning $27m. On its heels, Universal's The Visit—directed by M Night Shamylan—brought in $26m, more than 5x its $5m budget.

Meanwhile, Disney's family-friendly animated feature Inside Out makes a big move, pushing ahead of Universal's Furious 7 and becoming the third-highest-grossing domestic release of the year with just north of $351m and approximately $747m worldwide.
