Outgoing Caroline chief Dominic Pandiscia has sent the following email to all CMG staff:

As you know, my time at Caroline is coming to an end effective 9/4. I’m incredibly proud of what has been achieved at Caroline including three #1 albums this year and a likely fourth in September with Five Finger Death Punch. These are the first #1s in the 30+ year history of Caroline on top of three consecutive years of record marketshare growth for the company, including +20% this year alone.
