You're probably aware that "Drag Me Down" by SYCO/Columbia's superstar lad band One Direction has been dominating at iTunes. Well, it's also going apeshit at Spotify, becoming the fastest-ever global #1, as well as the #1 track in the U.S. and 15 territories worldwide, #3 in the U.K. and Top 5 in 37 territories, with 4.75 million streams and a 1.2m audience. It's also earned the most streams in a single day for any track, outpacing "See You Again" by nearly 500k. It's a huge showing for Stringer and Klaiman's Team Columbia and Simon Cowell and Sonny Takhar's SYCO. Even Daniel Ek is swooning, although Donald Trump suspects the band might be in the country illegally.
