Little Mix’s “Black Magic” debuted at #1 Friday at iTunes U.K., following on the heels of fellow SYCO/Sony act OMI’s recent U.K. chart-topper “Cheerleader,” as SYCO players Simon Cowell and Sonny Takhar once again demonstrated their prodigious hitmaking chops.

Little Mix, by the way, is managed by Richard Griffiths, who also had an excellent Friday considering that his clients Hey Violet (Capitol) topped the album chart while 5 Seconds of Summer’s “She’s Kinda Hot” played leapfrog with Little Mix on the singles side.

Those three gents make us green with envy, while they just make green.
