ALL'S WELL FOR ANDERS AND CAPITOL MUSIC GROUP

Capitol Music Group has inked an exclusive deal with producer/writer Adam Anders and his Deep Well Records imprint, announced CMG ruler Steve Barnett and COO Michelle Jubelirer.

The deal will place the label within Virgin Records; Anders and Deep Well are charged with discovering and developing new acts and providing services to Virgin. Deep Well may also distribute via Caroline, should an indie route be preferred.

Four-time Grammy nominee Anders has produced and/or written hits for Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Cee Lo Green, the Jonas Brothers and countless others, contributed music to Glee, Disney’s High School Musical 3, The Wedding Planner and other properties, and served as Executive Music Producer for Glee (70 million singles and 18m albums sold) and the film Rock of Ages.

Anders, who’s also won two People’s Choice Awards and two Golden Globes, among other laurels, will have his offices at the Capitol Tower.
