CARRYING ON THE LEGACY

The Recording Academy Producers and Engineers Wing recently issued a special Certificate of Merit to Legacy Recordings acknowledging its excellence in producing and archiving digitally remastered titles, on a continuing basis, for more than 25 years. We can vouch for the A quick perusal of our CD collection and iTunes library emphatically indicates that the acknowledgment is richly deserved.

In the photo, P&E Wing Executive Director Maureen Droney presents the Certificate of Merit to Legacy President Adam Block at NYC’s Battery Studios. The two then celebrated by heading to Block’s crib, popping open a bottle of Dom and playing every album in the Dylan Bootleg Series in chronological order by release date.
