X MARKS THE SPOT

Pop songstress Rita Ora and BBC Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw will join the panel of judges on the U.K.'s X Factor. Judging alongside show creator Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini (pictured with Grimshaw and Ora), the pair will be replacing Louis Walsh and The Spice Girls' Mel B. Ora previously served as a guest judge back in 2012, and Grimshaw admitted to watching the series "religiously since it started." Jolly good news.
