The Avengers Remains Massive; Hot Pursuit Debuts Top 5

Disney/Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron remains the #1 grossing film in the States for a second week in a row. Earning $72m, the film snagged the second-highest second-weekend gross ever, racing past Fox's Avatar, which earned $75.6m in 2009, and surpassed only by its predecessor, which earned $103m in 2012. Warner Bros.' Hot Pursuit debuts with $13m at #2.
