DICKEY EXTENDS CUMULUS DEAL

Lew Dickey has re-upped as President/CEO of Cumulus Media, the company announced today. The three-year extension of Dickey's pact with the firm he co-founded coincides with the anointing of Jeffrey Marcus as non-exeuctive Chairman of the Board.
