Cherrytree/Interscope artist Ellie Goulding, seen here with Cherrytree boss Martin Kierszenbaum, is celebrating the arrival of her Fifty Shades smash "Love Me Like You Do" at #1 at Pop radio. To mark the occasion, Kierszenbaum organized a music festival, taught a tango class and supervised a jam session in his office while simultaneously doing a remix on his phone.
