Furious 7 Passes $1B Mark Internationally; Becomes Fifth Highest Grossing Film in History

Universal's Furious 7 dominates the domestic box office once again, becoming the first film since 2012's The Hunger Games to top box office charts for four weeks in a row—while bringing its total to a cool $320m. Internationally, the film has become the third film ever to pass the one billion mark, joining the company of Avatar and Titanic, and is now the fifth highest-grossing film in history.

Water Diviner, starring Russell Crowe as an Australian man searching for his lost sons after WWI's battle of Gallipoli, debuts at #14 with an average of $3,906 across just 320 theaters.
