The latest look inside the music biz from our music-biz insider (see what we did just then?) primarily concerns the launch of Jay Z’s Tidal and a pivotal moment for Scooter Braun’s ambitions, but those two storylines only seem to apply to a couple of the names that form the coda of the piece.
