Robinson, Cromwell Music; Michael Sammis, UMPG; and James Kendrick, Schott Music/European American Music.

The writer members are Marilyn Bergman, Richard Bellis, Bruce Broughton, Desmond Child, Alf Clausen, Dan Foliart, Valerie Simpson, Jimmy Webb, Doug Wood, Alex Shapiro, Marcus Miller and ASCAP CEO Paul Williams.
