TOP 10 WORKOUT TRACKS FOR FEBRUARY

If you’re the average American listener, you do 12% of your listening while engaged in physical activity, according to a recent survey we read somewhere. That excludes listening during sex, which accounts for another 23%... OK, we just guessed at that last stat.

And if you’re the average Run Hundred voter, these are the tracks you’ve chosen to accompany your jogging, spinning, pumping iron, etc., this month. We see that you’re particularly into remixes at the moment, but we have no idea whether you prefer to put the close-quotes after the song title itself of the remix parenthetical, so we’ve gone with the latter approach.

Songs getting a makeover, note’s Run Hundred’s Chris Lawhorn, include the latest from Gwen Stefani, a club anthem from David Guetta and the three-way collaboration between Jennifer Lopez, Iggy Azalea and Pitbull. Meanwhile, the other half of this month's list includes a Taylor Swift song you might recognize from a Target commercial, a Fall Out Boy track that pays tribute to a scene from Pulp Fiction and the follow-up to Clean Bandit and Jess Glynne's breakthrough hit "Rather Be." So let’s get on with it, shall we?

1. Pitbull & Ne-Yo, “Time of Our Lives” – 124 BPM
2. David Guetta & Sam Martin, “Dangerous (David Guetta's Banging Remix)” – 128 BPM
3. Clean Bandit & Jess Glynne, “Real Love” – 125 BPM
4. Kelly Clarkson, “Heartbeat Song” – 74 BPM
5. Jessie J & 2 Chainz, “Burnin' Up (Aero Chord Remix)” – 100 BPM
6. Fall Out Boy, “Uma Thurman” – 149 BPM
7. Robin Schulz, Lilly Wood & the Prick, “Prayer in C (Robin Schulz Radio Edit)” – 123 BPM
8. Jennifer Lopez, Iggy Azalea & Pitbull, “Booty (Bali Bandits Remix)” – 129 BPM
9. Taylor Swift, “Style” – 95 BPM
10. Gwen Stefani, “Baby Don't Lie (Kaskade & KillaGraham Remix)” – 100 BPM

If we may be so bold, this month’s alternative Cesspool Playlist includes Alabama Shakes’ “Don’t Wanna Fight,” J.D. McPherson’s “Let the Good Times Roll," George Ezra’s “Budapest” and “Blame It on Me,” The Ting Tings' "Super Critical," Steve Earle's "Go Go Boots Are Back" and The Zombies' "She's Not There."
