YOUR RADIO ADD RECAP

The Add Action at Top 40, Rhythm and Alternative

TOP 40

Most Added by a landslide today is Roc Nation's Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney with "FourFiveSeconds," the debut live performance of which could potentially be one of the most talked-about moments at the upcoming Grammy Awards. Echosmith's "Bright" (Warner Bros.) ties for #2 Most Added with Republic's Natalie La Rose "Somebody" f/Jeremih, and Capitol has two new records in the Top 10 with Sam Smith "Lay Me Down" and Ne-Yo "She Knows" f/Juicy J (Motown). Rounding out the list is Columbia, continuing to build momentum with a nice week on Calvin Harris "Outside" f/Ellie Goulding.

RHYTHM

Def Jam promo pulls the one-two knockout punch at radio with Most Added honors going to Rihanna/Kanye/Paul McCartney "FourFiveSeconds" (Roc Nation) and Big Sean "Blessings" f/ Drake (G.O.O.D. Music). Republic posts up a solid showing as well, with the banger by Nicki Minaj,"Truffle Butter" f/ Drake and Lil Wayne and The Weeknd's "Earned It" scoring double digit commitments. Columbia impacts TK & Cash "Mind Right" and grabs 10 adds, plus has a nice week with Calvin Harris "Open Wide" f/ Big Sean, solidifying eight new stations.

ALTERNATIVE

In what was one of the busiest add weeks in recent memory at Modern Rock we have another virtual tie for #1 Most Added honors this week with AWOLNATION's "Hollow Moon (Bad Wolf)"(Red Bull) and Death Cab For Cutie's "Black Sun" sitting at the top together. The Offspring (Time Bomb) returns with a fantastic first week for their new single "Coming For You." Republic scores with new music from The Mowgli's, "I'm Good" and Fall Out Boy's latest single "Uma Thurman." Black Keys (Nonesuch/WB) continue to close out with "Weight Of Love." Matt & Kim's "Get It" (Harvest) also had a real nice week as did In the Valley Below's "Peaches" (Caroline).
