RDIO SUPER BOWL PLAYLISTS

While chips and dip remain the #1 Super Bowl accoutrement, Rdio is making a case for dedicated playlists as a lead-in for your party on Sunday. The first of the streaming service’s pair of “Too Hot for Halftime” playlists is all about headliner Katy Perry…

…while the second, somewhat more imaginative playlist is inspired by the Puppy Bowl, which, according to Rdio, boasts “an all-star, all-adorable animal cast that's ready to play. From Snoop Dogg to Harry Nilsson, fans can now enjoy 50 songs that celebrate our best friends.”

Note to party hosts: You may wanna tell your guests to arrive early to get the full effect… say 7:30am.
