The Return of the iHeartRadio Country Fest

iHeartMedia has just confirmed that the iHeartRadio Country Festival will return for its second iteration, once again taking place at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin.

The date is Saturday, May 2, and the lineup will include Tim McGraw, Brantley Gilbert, Rascal Flatts and Brad Paisley, with more performers to be announced. Bobby Bones will be back as host.

“Every single one of these artists can headline an arena or stadium on their own,” John Sykes trumpeted, “but on this night they will share the stage to celebrate the amazing music on our iHeartRadio Country stations and the iHeartRadio app.”

Then it was Tom Poleman’s turn. “The Country format has great talent and on-air personalities who have such a strong bond and loyalty with their fans,” he noted, “and there is no better way to celebrate that relationship than at a live event.
