FUN WITH NUMBERS: The worldwide love affair with social networking shows no signs of peaking. Twitter is up to 190 million users—up 10 million from April—and they’re tweeting 65 million times a day, according to COO Dick Costolo, speaking yesterday at the Conversational Media Summit. And Facebook's 500 million users are now are uploading more than 20 million videos per month, up from 12 million last month, while watching more than 2 billion clips during the same time frame, according to NewTeeVee, cribbing figures from Facebook itself. Additionally, there were 41.3 million video viewers in the U.S. during the month of April, on par with Vevo and Hulu but still trailing far behind YouTube. (6/9a)
