COUNTRY COMFORTS: Last night’s CMT Awards premiere was the #1 Most Watched in the network’s history, up almost 20% from last year. CMT was the #1 most-watched network across all cable during its time period (6-10:30 p.m.), with both persons 18-49 and women 18-49 impressions. Nice job by Brian Philips and company, who deserve a golden spittoon for their efforts. (6/10p)
