BE THERE OR BEE THOUSAND: N.Y.-based Matador Records will celebrating its 21st anniversary with a three-day weekend in Vegas, Pop & Hiss reports. The event, scheduled for Oct. 1-3 at the Palms Casino & Resort, will feature the reunited Pavement and the soon-to-be-reunited Guided by Voices. Also confirmed are Spoon, who are signed with the label outside the U.S., Belle & Sebastian, Yo La Tengo, Cat Power, the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, the New Pornographers, Superchunk, Girls, Cold Cave and Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, among the more than 20 acts total.
