Mika El-Baz Upped

EL-BAZ UPPED: Mika El-Baz is promoted to EVP Publicity for RCA Music Group, reporting to EVP/GM Tom Corson. Previously SVP, El Baz will continue to oversee, develop, design and implement media campaigns and strategies for the RCA Music Group, which she joined in 2004. Prior to that, El-Baz was co-head of the Interscope Geffen A&M press department and Sr. National Director, Publicity for Island Records. She is an alumna of Smith College, where she was known as El Baz the Magnifica. (7/12p)
