Add Azoff & Rapino address issues

HELP IS ON THE WAY: Admitting that tickets often cost too much, Azoff pointed out that the industry has faced "runaway production costs," speculating that "the consumer is going to be just as happy with a stage set that may fit in 12 trucks as opposed to 22" if that stripping back would lower prices. Rapino said he would end Ticketmaster's $2.50 charge to consumers to print their tickets with their own ink and computers. Other changes include the promise to begin refunding service fees on tickets to canceled shows. Currently, TM refunds only the cost of a ticket sans fees. (7/19a)
