Keys Re-Ups With EMI Music

KEYS TO EMI KINGDOM: Alicia Keys has renewed her deal with EMI Music Publishing, the company that first signed her when she was 15. EMI Music will continue to represent her hit catalog, which includes “A Women’s Worth,” “Fallin’,” “If I Ain’t Got You” and “Superwoman,” among others. Said Keys: "EMI and I have formed an incredible partnership over the years. It's wonderful to have a home here that supports my artistry." Added President of N.A. Creative Jon Platt: “Alicia Keys is without doubt one of the most important and accomplished songwriters of her generation, writing music that connects with fans across the world. We’re proud to have worked with her throughout her career to date, and to continue to represent such an incredible catalog of songs. And just imagine, everytime I sing one of her songs in the shower, we get paid.” (7/21p)
