Grace Slick Song to Aid Gulf Oil Spill Crisis

OIL SLICK: Motivated by the current Gulf Oil Spill crisis, Grace Slick and songwriter Michelle Mangione have collaborated on a new song, “The Edge of Madness,” a tribute to the musical styles of Louisiana, featuring cameos by Bill Medley, Billy Zoom, Martha Davis and Terri Nunn, among others. The song is available for download at the Grammy Museum here, with all proceeds donated to the Greater New Orleans Foundation’s Gulf Coast Oil Spill Fund and MusiCares Foundation. (7/27p)
