FRIDAY NIGHT TIGHTS: Are you ready for some football…with supermodels in their underwear passing, catching, blocking and kicking? MTV2 will broadcast Lingerie Football League games on Friday nights, starting Sept. 3 at 11 p.m. with 20, half-hour highlight episodes leading to the playoffs. “We are excited to partner with the Lingerie Football League to bring all the feminine ferocity of Friday Night Football to MTV2 every week," said the net’s SVP Programming and Production Eric Conte. "We are eager to build upon all the excitement that the LFL and its hardcore fanbase have generated to date to deliver fast-paced head-turning programming that fits perfectly within MTV2 fall programming slate.” The broadcasts feature celebrity hosts, former NFL stars, national recording artists and 7-on-7 full-contact football games played by barely dressed babes.
