JP, CHRISSIE AND THE FANBOY: Rocket Science GM Ken Gullic hangs with JP, Chrissie and the Fairgrounds Boys for an in-store at Borders in Westwood that attracted more than 200 fans to mark the band’s recently released Fidelity! album on the Kevin Day-helmed company’s label. The album details the unlikely May-December romance between Gullic and Chrissie Hynde, who describes it as “more like stalking.” After a few select dates with Lucinda Williams, including last week’s show in Long Beach by the Queen Mary, the band begins their own 30+ city tour in Atlanta on Sept. 17.
