Martin Plays the Apple presentation

MARTIN’S APPLE A DAY: Here’s the Chris Martin performance of “Wedding Bells,” a new Coldplay song he introduced at this morning’s Apple presentation in San Francisco. In exchange for the performance, Martin got a lifetime subscription to Apple TV and a brand-new nano. Martin also played "Viva La Vida," a song he admitted owes much of its success to its placement in an Apple commercial. Introducing "Wedding Bells,” he said: "This is a new song I've been working on. I call it Coldplay 2.6. It has a lot of new features. It features seven different kinds of chords. Even a new one that our closest rivals have no idea about." (9/1p)
