NICKI OF TIME: Nicki Minaj was the big winner at the 2010 BET Hip-Hop Awards Saturday night, scoring three wins as Rookie of the Year, People’s Champ and the Made You Look award, given in honor of her fashion prowess. Jay-Z, who didn’t attend, also took home three honors for Perfect Combo (his “Empire State of Mind” collab with Alicia Keys), CD of the Year (The Blueprint 3) and Best Live Performer. Rick Ross took home two awards for “B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast),” which earned Track of the Year honors for producer Lex Luger. Salt-N-Pepa were given the I Am Hip-Hop Award, while other winners included Diddy (Hustler of the Year), Swizz Beatz (Producer of the Year) and DJ Khaled (Best DJ). (10/4p)
